AI Transparency Notice

adultway is an AI entertainment platform. The characters, profiles, messages, images, videos and voice interactions available through adultway may be generated by, or created with the assistance of, artificial intelligence.

Unless we clearly say otherwise, adultway characters are fictional AI-generated characters. They are not real people and are not intended to represent, impersonate or depict any real person.

1. When you are interacting with AI

When you use adultway, you may chat with, receive messages from, view media from, or speak with AI-generated characters.

We aim to make this clear through labels such as:

  • AI character
  • Fictional AI character
  • AI-generated image
  • AI-generated video
  • Generated by AI

These labels may appear on profile pages, chat screens, media previews, voice interactions, emails, WhatsApp messages or other parts of the service.

2. AI-generated images and videos

Images and videos on adultway may be fully or partly generated by AI.

Where media is AI-generated or AI-manipulated, we may use one or more of the following transparency measures:

  • visible labels in the user interface;
  • internal generation records;
  • metadata or provenance information;
  • machine-readable markers;
  • watermarks or other technical indicators;
  • audit logs showing when and how content was generated.

Some technical markers may be removed or changed when media is resized, compressed, screenshotted, downloaded, shared, or processed by third-party platforms.

3. Fictional characters and no real-person impersonation

adultway is designed for fictional AI characters.

We do not allow users to create or request sexual, intimate, misleading or impersonating content involving real identifiable people, including celebrities, influencers, public figures or private individuals.

If you believe any content on adultway depicts, resembles or impersonates a real person without consent, please report it to us.

4. AI-generated adult content

adultway may include adult AI-generated content. Any adult content involving AI characters is intended to depict fictional adults aged 18 or over.

We do not permit content involving minors, real-person intimate imagery, non-consensual intimate imagery, or other prohibited content described in our Terms and Acceptable Use Policy.

5. Voice, email, WhatsApp and other channels

AI-generated characters may communicate through different channels, including web chat, email, WhatsApp and voice.

Where appropriate, we provide AI disclosure through the interface, message wording, footer text, voice introduction or other reasonable notice.

6. Technical provenance and C2PA

We may use technical standards or tools, including C2PA-style provenance metadata or similar technologies, to help identify AI-generated or AI-manipulated media.

These tools are intended to support transparency, but they may not be visible in every context and may not survive all forms of copying, compression, transformation or third-party sharing.

7. Reporting concerns

If you believe content on adultway:

  • depicts or resembles a real person without consent;
  • is misleadingly presented as real;
  • infringes your rights;
  • includes non-consensual intimate imagery;
  • involves a minor;
  • or otherwise breaches our rules,
