In order to maintain a secure and responsible environment on adultway.com (the “Website”) and across all associated communication channels—including web-based chat, WhatsApp messaging, voice interactions, and email correspondence (collectively, the “Services”)—we operate a dual-layer content moderation framework comprising pre-screening (carried out before content is displayed) and post-screening (carried out after content has been made available or generated).

This policy sets out our approach to reviewing content both proactively and reactively to ensure that it conforms to our community standards and applicable legislation.

1. What Content Is Screened

The following categories of content are subject to both pre-screening and post-screening review:

2. Pre-Screening Review

• Keyword and pattern-based filters are applied to block known high-risk content, terminology, and behavioural signals
• Where circumstances require it, human moderators may review queued content prior to approval (for example, user-created characters or flagged media)

3. Post-Screening Review

After content has been displayed or generated:

• Automated monitoring systems continuously analyse published content for emerging risks or violations that may not have been detectable during the pre-screening stage
• Human moderators carry out regular audits and reviews of trending content, user reports, and flagged materials
• Users may report any content they believe to be in breach of our policies by contacting us at hello@adultway.com

We reserve the right to edit, remove, restrict, or otherwise act upon any content that violates our Content Moderation Policy, Terms of Service, or applicable law—even after that content has been published, delivered, or viewed.

4. Enforcement and Escalation

Content that is found to be in violation during either screening phase may result in one or more of the following actions:

• Immediate removal or restriction of the offending content
• Temporary suspension or permanent termination of the user’s account
• Escalation to law enforcement authorities or other relevant bodies where we are legally required or otherwise consider it appropriate to do so
