Trusted Media Limited (“adultway”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to fostering a safe, inclusive, and responsible environment for every person who uses adultway.com and any of our related products and communication channels (collectively, the “Services”). These Community Guidelines (“Guidelines”) set out the behavioural standards and obligations that apply whenever you interact with our platform, including through our web-based chat, WhatsApp, voice, email, or any other medium we make available. You are expected to observe both the spirit and the letter of these Guidelines at all times.
1. Relationship with Other Policies
These Guidelines form part of your agreement with us and should be read alongside our Terms of Service, Blocked Content Policy, Content Removal Policy, and Content Moderation Policy. Where a capitalised term appears in these Guidelines without a definition, it carries the meaning given to it in our Terms of Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction (whichever is higher), to access or use the Services. Further information about age verification and our approach to minors is available in our Underage Policy.
3. Respectful Interaction
The Services enable you to engage with AI-powered characters (“Characters”) through text, images, video, audio, and other media. By using the Services you acknowledge and agree that all interactions must remain respectful. We do not accept communications or material—whether submitted via the platform, WhatsApp, voice, email, or any other channel—that contravene these Guidelines or our Blocked Content Policy.
4. Content Responsibilities
Everything you submit to the Services (your “Input”) and everything generated or returned by the Services in response (the “Output”) is collectively referred to as “Content”. This includes, without limitation, prompts sent to Characters and the responses you receive.
You bear full responsibility for the Content associated with your account. In particular:
- your Content must not be abusive, threatening, or hostile towards any identifiable natural person, and must not otherwise breach these Guidelines;
- your Content must comply with all laws applicable in the jurisdiction from which it is submitted and in any jurisdiction to which the Services are directed; and
- you accept liability for any harm resulting from your Content.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You are accountable for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorised it. You must not use the Services, directly or indirectly, to engage in or facilitate any of the following:
5.1 Unlawful Activity
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international law, statute, or regulation.
- Advocate, promote, or provide assistance in connection with any unlawful or criminal act.
- Engage in, or attempt to engage in, fraudulent, deceptive, or otherwise illegal conduct.
5.2 Harm to Individuals
- Harm, or attempt to harm, any person, with particular emphasis on the protection of minors.
- Threaten, harass, intimidate, stalk, embarrass, alarm, or cause distress to any other person.
- Impersonate any individual or entity, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or organisation.
5.3 Prohibited Content
- Produce, distribute, or share material involving child exploitation, the sexualisation of minors, or child sexual abuse material, whether directly or by manipulating the system to circumvent safeguards.
- Produce, distribute, or share non-consensual intimate imagery of any kind.
- Produce, distribute, or share imagery that depicts or resembles identifiable real persons without their verifiable consent.
- Produce, distribute, or share material that would be considered obscene under applicable law.
- Produce, distribute, or share depictions of animal cruelty or animal abuse, including sexual acts involving animals.
- Produce, distribute, or share content that advocates extreme violence, terrorist activity, or terrorism-related propaganda.
- Produce, distribute, or share material that promotes or glorifies self-harm or suicide.
- Produce, distribute, or share material containing instructions relating to violence, the manufacture of weapons, or other dangerous activities.
- Produce, distribute, or share drug-related content, including instructions on unlawful drug use or material depicting drug misuse or addiction in an offensive or obscene manner.
- Incite hatred or violence directed at individuals or groups on the grounds of race, ethnicity, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, or any other protected characteristic.
5.4 Platform Integrity and Security
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system, network, or infrastructure associated with the Services.
- Breach, circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with any security protocols, authentication mechanisms, or technical protection measures.
- Access or tamper with non-public areas of the Services, or attempt to access restricted systems without authorisation.
- Disrupt or degrade the Services or any connected host, user, or network through the transmission of viruses, worms, malware, denial-of-service attacks, flooding, spamming, or any other harmful code or technique.
- Access or create accounts through any means other than our publicly supported interfaces.
- Remove, alter, or obscure any metadata, provenance signals, watermarks, or other marks indicating that Content is AI-generated.
- Attempt to circumvent content moderation controls, safety filters, or otherwise “jailbreak” the Services.
- Frame, mirror, or embed any part of the Services or its Content without our prior written consent.
5.5 Misuse of the Services
- Transmit unsolicited communications, advertising material, promotional content, or spam of any kind.
- Supply false, misleading, or fraudulent account information or media.
- Exceed or attempt to bypass any storage limits imposed on your account.
- Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
- Violate the privacy or other rights of any person, for example by storing or disclosing confidential or personal information without proper authorisation.
Where your jurisdiction requires AI-generated content to be labelled as such, it is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with those requirements in respect of any Content you share or publish.
6. Content Moderation and Oversight
We maintain comprehensive trust and safety controls designed to protect our users and preserve the integrity of our AI models. Conversations, prompts, and Outputs that are flagged—whether by you or by our automated systems—as potentially breaching any of our policies may be reviewed by our moderation team. We may take whatever action we consider appropriate in response, up to and including permanent account termination.
We may also review interactions for the purposes of quality assurance, service improvement, and the ongoing refinement of our safety systems. Additional details on how we approach content moderation are set out in our Content Moderation Policy and our Pre-Screening and Post-Screening Policy.
7. Enforcement
Where we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have breached, attempted to breach, or are likely to breach these Guidelines in any respect, we may take any action we deem appropriate without prior notice, including but not limited to:
- issuing a formal warning;
- suspending, restricting, or revoking your access to the Services;
- permanently terminating your account;
- initiating enforcement proceedings against you; and
- where authorised or required by law, referring your conduct or activities to the relevant governmental or law enforcement authorities.
8. Reporting Concerns
If you feel unsafe at any time, believe that another user is misusing the Services, or have any concerns regarding Content on the platform or the behaviour of a Character, please report the matter to us without delay at hello@adultway.com. You may also submit a formal complaint through the process described in our Complaint Policy.
