adultway is dedicated to maintaining a secure and lawful platform for every user. This Policy sets out our absolute prohibition of any content or conduct that facilitates, encourages, or portrays human trafficking—including sex trafficking—across adultway.com (the “Website”) and all associated products, features, applications, and communication channels, including but not limited to web-based chat, WhatsApp messaging, voice interactions, and email correspondence (collectively, the “Services”).
Every character available on our platform is generated entirely by artificial intelligence and does not depict, represent, or correspond to any real individual. We do not permit the Services to be used to create, simulate, or otherwise engage with content that could be construed as glorifying, facilitating, or endorsing real-world trafficking or exploitation of any kind.
We proactively monitor for breaches of this Policy, act promptly on reports received, and cooperate fully with law enforcement and relevant authorities where necessary.
adultway maintains a strict prohibition on any use of the Services for content or conduct that promotes, depicts, simulates, or facilitates human trafficking or sexual exploitation. Without limitation, the following activities are expressly forbidden:
Any account found to be engaged in, or encouraging, such activity will be suspended immediately and referred to the appropriate authorities without notice. Further detail on prohibited content categories can be found in our Blocked Content Policy and Community Guidelines.
All interactions on the Services involve AI-generated characters. No real persons participate in, or are depicted by, any conversation, image, video, or other output produced through the platform. Notwithstanding this, we recognise that users may attempt to prompt or manipulate the AI to generate inappropriate or harmful scenarios.
To mitigate this risk, we deploy a combination of automated detection systems, keyword filtering, behavioural analysis, and human review to identify and restrict such attempts. We continuously refine and enhance these safeguards to stay ahead of evolving misuse tactics. We encourage all users, employees, and third parties to report any content or behaviour that raises concerns relating to sex trafficking or exploitation. Reports may be submitted confidentially by contacting us at hello@adultway.com. You may also use the reporting tools available within the Services where applicable.
Every report is treated with the utmost seriousness. We will acknowledge receipt of your report and complete our initial review within seven (7) business days, or sooner where the circumstances demand urgency. adultway cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies. We will respond to lawful requests for information—including subpoenas, court orders, warrants, and other valid legal processes—in connection with investigations relating to human trafficking, sexual exploitation, or any associated criminal activity. We may also make proactive referrals to the relevant authorities where we identify conduct that we reasonably believe constitutes or facilitates a criminal offence.
Every user bears individual responsibility for how they interact with the Services. Any attempt to exploit the AI to simulate illegal, exploitative, or harmful content is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of our Terms of Service. Breaches may result in the immediate and permanent termination of your account, forfeiture of any remaining credits or subscription entitlements, and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement or the pursuit of legal proceedings.
We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or industry standards. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email or through a prominent notice on the Website. Your continued use of the Services following the publication of any revised Policy constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
